Scrumpy and Western band The Wurzels will be performing at the town's Quayside Leisure Centre on Saturday 26 April.
They rocketed up the charts in the early 1970's and proved to the world that they were not a one-hit wonder and were indeed here to stay.
Radio personality David Fitzgerald will be hosting the event.
Local artists Filthy George, Iowa Four and The Whalers will also be performing. There will be a public bar and homemade Devon pasties.
Proceeds from the event will be split between Devon Air Ambulance and the renal unit at Derriford Hospital.
Tally Ho! will be running the town bus service - calling at the leisure centre as well as all the usual places - between 6.30pm and 7.30pm then again between 11.30pm and 12.30am to take people to and from the concert.
