Totnes rocker Cosmo Jarvis played to an electric crowd in Kingsbridge on Good Friday.

He performed at the town's trendy Ship pub, where they were met with the roaring approval of the packed house.

Cosmo also played a gig at the Pigs Nose, East Prawle, on Monday night.

In 2006, he won a national Battle of the Bands competition, beating off 17 other young artists/bands for the right to spend two days at the Deep Blue Sound Recording Studios in Plymouth.

Cosmo, who writes all the songs, has a backup team of bassist Fred Ansell, guitarist Aedan Jenner, drummer Aidan Sinclair and percussionist Fletch Jarvis.

All are from the Totnes/Holbeton areas of the South Hams.
